At 800 Motors - UAE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how you can return products bought through our website, and the conditions that apply.

If you change your mind or receive a faulty or incorrect item, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms below. Services (such as installation, repair, or detailing) are governed by separate cancellation terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery or collection date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Tyres and batteries that have been fitted, mounted, or used in any way are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Tyres or batteries that have been installed, driven on, or otherwise used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the details on our Contact page. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.
  • Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you paid by card, the timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your card issuer.

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when contacting us.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.
  • Exchanges for change-of-mind are treated as a return and new order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.

  • For tyres, manufacturer warranty claims must be directed to the specific brand, though we can assist with the initial process.
  • For batteries, warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer or supplier and subject to their terms.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required to process your claim.

9. Cancellation of Service Bookings

For service appointments (tyre fitting, battery replacement, car repairs, detailing, etc.), cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any pre-paid deposit.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may be charged in full.
