800 Motors - UAE offers reliable delivery and mobile installation services across the United Arab Emirates. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery areas, timeframes, costs, and what to expect when you place an order.

We partner with professional logistics providers and our own mobile service fleet to ensure your tyres, batteries, and other products reach you safely and on time.

2. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to all emirates in the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  • Mobile installation services are available in Dubai and select areas of Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
  • Remote or restricted areas may require additional delivery time. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

3. Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Free delivery to one of our authorized installers or service centers across the UAE.
  • Mobile Installer: A certified technician comes to your location (home, office, or roadside) to fit your tyres or replace your battery. A service fee applies.
  • Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery available for in-stock items in Dubai, subject to order time and availability.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Dubai: 1-2 business days for standard delivery; same-day available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
  • Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: 1-3 business days.
  • Northern Emirates (Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah): 2-4 business days.
  • Mobile installation bookings are typically available within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery to an authorized installer is free of charge.
  • Mobile installation service fees vary based on location and service type. The exact fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Express or same-day delivery may incur an additional surcharge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • There are no hidden shipping costs. The total delivery charge, if any, is confirmed before you complete your order.

6. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during our business hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed and another when it is dispatched or scheduled.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched or a service appointment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number or booking reference.
  • For mobile installation bookings, our team will contact you to confirm the date, time, and location.
  • You can also contact our customer service team at any time for an update on your order status.

8. Delivery Requirements

  • A valid contact number and accurate delivery address are required for all orders.
  • For mobile installation, safe and reasonable access to the vehicle must be provided.
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery or confirm the service appointment. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • For deliveries to installers, the receiving location may have its own operating hours. We recommend confirming their availability.

9. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule.

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order and applicable restocking or re-delivery fees.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, customs clearance (for imported items), or force majeure events.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UAE. All orders are delivered within the United Arab Emirates only.
