Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the rules for using the website, requesting services, and placing orders with us.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 800 Motors - UAE website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or proceed with a booking or order.

2. Products and Services

800 Motors - UAE provides automotive products and services including, but not limited to, tyres, batteries, car insurance brokerage, and related vehicle services.

Product availability, service coverage, appointment slots, insurance quotations, and response times may vary based on inventory, location, schedule, insurer appetite, and operational conditions.

Descriptions, images, fitment information, availability details, and insurance coverage summaries are provided for general guidance and may change without notice.

3. Orders and Bookings

  • Orders and service requests are subject to acceptance and confirmation.
  • We may decline, cancel, or reschedule an order or booking where stock, fitment, location, payment verification, safety concerns, or operational issues make fulfilment impractical.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, including vehicle details, contact information, address, and service requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on the website are intended to be clear and current, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified, we may contact you before fulfilment or cancel the affected order.

Applicable charges, taxes, service fees, or promotional adjustments will be reflected according to the transaction presented at checkout or confirmation.

Insurance premium quotations are indicative and subject to final underwriting approval by the relevant insurer. The actual premium may differ from the initial quotation based on additional information, risk assessment, or insurer terms.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund outcomes depend on the type of product or service, the stage of fulfilment, and the condition of any goods involved.

Custom, fitted, used, installed, or specially ordered items may be subject to different rules from standard unopened goods. Service visits already performed may be charged accordingly.

Insurance policy cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the issuing insurer and applicable regulatory requirements. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the insurer's cancellation policy.

6. Tyre Products and Services

  • Tyre fitment recommendations are based on the vehicle and tyre specifications you provide. You are responsible for ensuring these details are accurate.
  • Tyre orders may require a vehicle inspection or VIN verification to confirm compatibility before fitting.
  • Tyre manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and are subject to the warranty terms of the specific brand. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or through our support team as appropriate.
  • Used, damaged, or incorrectly ordered tyres that have been fitted may not be eligible for return or refund.

7. Battery Products and Services

  • Battery replacements are recommended based on vehicle make, model, and battery specifications. Compatibility is dependent on accurate vehicle information.
  • Battery performance and lifespan can be affected by driving habits, climate, vehicle electrical systems, and maintenance.
  • Battery warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer or supplier and are subject to their specific terms, including proper installation and usage conditions.
  • Old battery disposal or recycling may be handled in accordance with local environmental regulations and may form part of the service provided.

8. Insurance Services

  • 800 Motors - UAE acts as an insurance intermediary or broker. We facilitate quotations and policy placement with third-party insurers. We do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves.
  • All insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and endorsements of the policy issued by the relevant insurer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the policy documents before acceptance.
  • Quotation validity is limited to the period stated by the insurer and is not a guarantee of cover until the policy is issued and premium payment is confirmed.
  • We may share your information with insurers and underwriting partners as necessary to obtain quotations and place cover.
  • Claims must be filed directly with the insurer in accordance with their claims process, though we may assist with initial guidance where possible.
  • We are not liable for insurer decisions, claim outcomes, coverage disputes, or changes to insurer terms after policy inception.

9. Service Conditions

  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle or service location.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, force majeure, restricted access, or other operational conditions outside our reasonable control.
  • Where additional work or replacement parts are needed beyond the original request, we may seek revised approval before proceeding.

10. User Conduct

  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or submit false or misleading information.
  • You must not use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
