What is a Service Contract?
A Service Contract is a prepaid multi-service plan that covers scheduled Minor and Major car maintenance visits over a fixed mileage range. It protects you from rising service costs and ensures your vehicle is serviced by vetted technicians.
What engine types are supported?
We support V4 and V6 engines across all three package tiers (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). V8 engines are available on Silver and Gold packages only.
What is the difference between a Minor and a Major service visit?
A Minor service includes essential checks such as oil change, filter cleaning, fluid top-ups, tyre inspection, and a computer diagnostic. A Major service includes everything in the Minor service plus additional work like spark plug replacement, brake pad labour, A/C gas top-up, coolant flushing, and wheel alignment (Gold only).
Does the contract include parts costs?
Labour for listed items is included. Consumable parts (e.g. oil, spark plugs, brake pads) are covered under the contract. Any additional parts required outside the scope are subject to standard pricing.
What exclusive bonuses are included?
Every service contract comes with a one-time FREE Exterior Polishing (worth AED 499) and a one-time FREE RTA Inspection Passing service (worth AED 499).
